Andrea serves Hineni International with a heart full of faith, excellence, and compassion. She is dedicated to honoring God through service and brings a spirit of integrity and love to every initiative. With more than 16 years of experience in Public Administration in Colombia and over 8 years in Quality Assurance in the United States, Andrea contributes strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Her passion for ministry extends beyond Hineni. Andrea is a member of The Gideons International Auxiliary, supporting the global mission of sharing God’s Word through prayer, encouragement, and service.

Andrea believes that true leadership begins with serving others. Through Hineni International, she strives to uplift communities, strengthen families, and represent her values with excellence, integrity, and faith.
