Terms of Use
Hineni International, Inc.
Last updated: October 2026
Welcome to the Hineni International, Inc. ("Hineni," "we," "us," or "our") website. By accessing or using this site, making a donation, enrolling in a program, volunteering as a mentor/instructor, or otherwise participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
1. Who We Are
Hineni International, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN: 41-4544461). We are a global, faith-based organization equipping the next generation through mentorship, education, leadership development, and hands-on training — including programs in Ecuador, South Florida, and other locations as our work grows.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Interfere with the site's operation or security
• Use the site to transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
We may suspend or restrict access to the site for anyone who violates these Terms.
3. Donations
Donations made through this site are voluntary contributions to a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (see our [Donate page] for full tax-deductibility disclosures). Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Contributions designated for specific programs will be applied to those programs; if a designated program is fully funded or discontinued, your gift may be redirected to a similar purpose consistent with our mission.
4. Program Participation (Students, Mentors, and Certification Programs)
Hineni offers educational programs, mentorship, hands-on training, and certification opportunities (including, where applicable, certifications such as 5S) to students, families, and instructors across our program locations.
• Eligibility. Some programs are open to minors; where a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to participation and agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf.
• Certifications. Where Hineni issues or facilitates a certification (such as a 5S certification), that certification reflects completion of program requirements as defined by Hineni or its partner organizations at the time of issuance. Hineni does not guarantee that any certification will be recognized or accepted by any particular employer, institution, or third party.
• Conduct. Participants, mentors, and instructors agree to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with Hineni's program guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program for conduct that endangers others, violates program rules, or is inconsistent with our mission.
• No employment relationship. Participation as a mentor, instructor, or volunteer does not create an employment relationship with Hineni unless separately agreed in writing.
5. International Participants
Hineni operates and serves participants in multiple countries, including Ecuador, the United States, and other locations as our programs grow. By participating in our programs from any country, you agree that your information and participation may be subject to processing, storage, or logistics that occur outside your home country, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, curricula, and training materials — is owned by Hineni International, Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Disclaimers
This site and our programs are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality in our programs and content, Hineni makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the site or our programs for any particular purpose. Participation in hands-on training, travel, or program activities carries inherent risks, and participants and guardians assume those risks to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hineni International, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in our programs.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law governing a specific program location (e.g., Ecuador) applies to activities conducted there.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or participation in our programs after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
