Randal R. Reusser

Randal R. Reusser, known as Randy, has worked in electronics and technology since 1980. He holds degrees in electronic servicing, electronic technology, business administration, and an MBA, and has earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Randy spent 18 years at Gateway Technical College as an instructor in electronics, IT, and telecommunications. He is a certified trainer for organizations including Belden, BICSI, NC3, MSSC, Snap-on, Greenlee, and Specified Technologies. He previously served as BICSI North-Central Regional Director.

His career includes leadership and technical management roles, more than 60 technical certifications, twelve publications, and several awards for teaching and innovation. As a Hineni mentor, he shares his experience to help students build practical skills and pursue excellence.
